Hanli is considered one of Asia’s leading presenters, emcees, and hosts, having honed her craft across television, radio and live events. Through her strong charisma and high energy, she is instantly relatable and has no trouble keeping her audiences relaxed and engaged.

Tracing back to the beginning, Hanli’s professional career began several years ago after she landed her first major role as the host of MTV Asia. Within that role, she hosted many of MTV’s flagship television shows including The MTV Show, MTV News, chart shows and artists specials, where she interviewed major international and upcoming artists. Beyond MTV, Hanli continued her hosting career covering live TV and red carpet appearances.

Off screen, Hanli is no stranger to the stage. As a seasoned event emcee, Hanli has hosted a diverse range of live events from inhouse brand events, store openings, product launches, concerts, festivals as well as major awards shows in Asia. Needless to say, she is confident and comfortable with handling both small and intimate crowds, and large audiences of tens of thousands. 

On the airwaves, Hanli was also host of her own Singapore based radio show, “Hanging Out with Hanli” on POWER98.fm for two years.

Most recently, Hanli launched a popular podcast titled, Just So We’re Clear wherein she and her co-host explore topics related to young, modern Asian womanhood, as well as shine a spotlight on trailblazing women.
